The kickoff event for the Rose series season takes place in America’s “hottest” city. Nashville may be the best city in America; it has it all; world-famous BBQ & restaurants, live music, team outings at Top Golf, line dancing lessons & more. A “bucket list” city to visit with endless fun awaiting the teams, players, and families away from the rink.
Non-Rose Series Members that register are subject to tournament approval. Those not approved will be refunded the deposit required at time of registration.

Games start Thursday morning. Teams/families can arrive anytime on Wednesday.
The championship game is scheduled for 4:00 PM* on Sunday.
*The championship game could start 30 minutes earlier or later depending on the final schedule the rink provides

Our event is a “Stay to Play” event: A good working relationship with hotels is critical for the long-term success of our event. For this reason, teams or attendees traveling from out of town must book their rooms through our Official Travel Partner, Team Travel Source, to ensure that our room blocks are utilized. In short, since the hotels are holding rooms for our event, we must use these rooms.
FYI-Brentwood, TN is halfway between each tournament’s rinks and just 10 miles from downtown Nashville. There is a multitude of hotel options in the Brentwood area.
